Returns Policy
If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your order, you can return the product to us for a REFUND or EXCHANGE within 7 days from the date you receive your order. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note the following:
1. The goods MUST be returned unused, in all the original packaging, and with manufacturer seals still attached.
2. All returns are inspected on arrival and returns or exchanges will NOT be issued if the goods are not in original condition.
3. The goods must be in a re-saleable condition.
4. Please ensure that goods are returned to us via “signed for delivery”, keep a copy of your courier receipt and tracking number. We cannot accept liability for any products that are damaged in transit so please ensure that the packaging is appropriate.
5. Important Note For Returns: Do not return your hair extensions purchase without first contacting us. We will provide you with a specific address for this purpose. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel).
6. Any returns or exchanges will not be accepted without your original proof of purchase.
7. We will honour any obligations under the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act.
